As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll keep daily operations on track by: Sending building-wide memos and clear tenant updates. Coordinating smooth move-ins/outs, key turnovers, and access controls. Scheduling inspections and maintaining up-to-date maintenance and compliance calendars. Tracking appliance and supply inventory. Managing violation reviews, collecting backup documents, and preparing for hearings. Staying ahead of deadlines and following up until tasks are fully complete!
